A copy editor will go through your text and make changes to grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, and light fact-checking (proper names and place names). Also, for fiction works, copy editors pay attention to things like dialogue tags, timelines, and continuity. Copy editors may offer ways to reword your sentences if they seem unclear or awkward, but it's not an extensive review of the structure or story elements. Prices start from £0.015p/w
