Who is The Blue Pencil Proofreading?
Hi, I'm Deborah. I have a background in photography and design. Working in the print industry, higher education, and advertising and marketing has given me an understanding of a variety of clients' needs.
As a graduate of Proofread Anywhere I am able to use track changes, implement CMOS and other style rules, correct errors usually missed by grammar checkers, ensure formatting consistency, and punctuate dialogue. A member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), I abide by its Code of Practice (CoP). The CoP is endorsed by the CIEP Council and is considered binding on members and corporate subscribers.
